Research Properties, Inc. is an apartment management company that strives to provide great service in the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana area since 1981. Our goal is to provide a home with great service at a price that delivers GREAT VALUE. To appreciate that value, we find most prospective residents like to see the exact apartments they have to choose from.
New residents are more satisfied when they have seen the apartment location, carpet color, and condition of their new home prior to their move. For this reason, employees are instructed to only show the vacant apartments after the vacancy preparation process has been completed. The apartments are not identical, however all market ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a new resident moves in.
As an ongoing routine, the furnace & A/C filters are changed and preventative pest control is provided regularly. Kitchen appliances and mini blinds are also furnished. We welcome prospective residents to visit our properties and see for themselves.

Research Properties, Inc. staff is responsible for making resident concerns their top priority. Property management requires many skills to coordinate maintenance service and provide the needed attention to residents. Our managers take special care to accommodate the needs of the residents and make their apartment a home. Our GOAL is to make apartment living as carefree as possible. When something does go wrong in the apartment, our management team is only a phone call away. After normal business hours, our Answering Service is available by calling each office line and will direct urgent or emergency calls to our skilled maintenance staff to quickly respond to the problem.
A simple preventative maintenance item like regularly changing the air filters makes your heating or air-conditioning more efficient and helps reduce utility bills. Come see for yourself, the details make all the difference.
